• If a donor provides permission, we may use their name or business name in donor recognition materials such as our website or social media platforms to thank them for their support.
• We do not sell, trade, or share donors’ personal or identifiable information with other organizations or third parties.
• If any personally identifiable data must be shared for operational purposes (e.g., with a secure payment processor), we will inform donors clearly and provide the reason.

Opt-Out Option

• Donors may choose to remain anonymous by opting out of recognition at the time of their donation or at any time thereafter.
• An opt-out form is available to allow donors to indicate their preference regarding public acknowledgment.

Data Security

• We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect donor information.
• When we link to a donor’s business or organization website from ours, we ensure the link is secure and approved. However, Suzy’s Senior Companionship Services is not responsible for the privacy policies or content of external sites.

• This policy is reviewed and updated annually at the first board meeting of the year to ensure ongoing protection and compliance with best practices.
